Okay I’m going to type a reply based on stuff I’ve learned from various teachers and also what’s worked for me at extremes, and obviously this can’t address the medical/psychological aspects of depression, it’s just some ideas from a magickal/self-help point of view, and if it goes wide of the mark then I’m sorry and wish you the best!
