The Funnel of Baphomet

Good evening, everyone. A kind of “Baphomet funnel” began to go viral in my country, I don’t understand the essence at all, it seems to confuse a person’s thoughts. It looks like this: rotating two fingers (middle, index) in a circle. It would be very interesting to find out what this funnel is for and how to use it. I would be very grateful.

Never heard of it, and it doesn’t come up in an internet search.

There are no mudras like this or secret society hand signs that this is imitating. Sword fingers is a tool for directing qi, much like a wand, but there’s no direct qigong use for waving them around in a circle. Any hand movements made would be incidental to the work, not the point of it.

I would expect it’s some kind of social media viral “baby witch” trendy thing that means nothing much, other than whatever you feel like at the time, and it will pass.

Note: the Baphomet’s hands are in sword fingers - this is because it is pointing out “as above, so below/as within, so without”, with intention, connecting to cosmos and Earth to be balanced between them.
The whole point of the Baphomet imagery is that it contains multiple symbolic representations of opposites in balance. You’re supposed to meditate on it as a teaching tool, and learn about balance, not worship the shallow surface image as if it was an entity, which is just empty and misguided. You don’t worship balance, because doing that would itself be unbalanced.

Making a big deal out of a hand gesture is also pointless. First know who you are and what you want, then find out what magickal techniques you need to get it. Anything else is wasting your time and is possible just social entertainment.
