My landlord was oddly eager to send the second formal warning right away today, after that its over for them if there is so much more than a beep coming from them. I have emptied my hot foot powder bottle over the entire families footwear today and I look forward to the new family that is going to move in. As these people can’t help themselves but to repeat their stupidity a third time this won’t take too long.
