Peter Cullen, the original voice of Optimus Prime, has died.

You’re young and probably have no idea how iconic his voice was. When the first live action Transformers movie came out, the entire cinema I was in cheered when he spoke his famous line, “I am Optimus Prime.”

Just as Kevin Conroy was THE voice of Batman, Peter Cullen was THE voice of Optimus Prime. He defined an era.

This is why I funny trust cloud apps and file everything in local folders on laptops with two backups to network storage devices in places no app knows about.

I have a massive library I don’t intend to lose.
