Oh goodness. We only have until tomorrow supposedly for the power to come back on for the area. I hope they get it on much much sooner then expected. It’s really hot and muggy there too, right?
Really it hasn’t been that bad. Today is pretty warm at 83 but it’s been mid 70s mostly. Ive been sleeping in the living room with the front door open. I have a screened in porch that keeps the mosquitoes away, I’ve been getting cold at night and wanting a light blanket.
Plus, around the time of day it’s the warmest is when I got to work where there is a/c 
by the time I get off work it’s cool again.

Good good. I am glad to hear that. I was just looking at the reports there was 10 deaths here. Which is scary. I don’t have my car right now so I have been pretty trapped inside the house.

I just heard what happened to Chimney Rock, NC - it’s mostly washed away and all those houses are just splinters. The whole town was on the banks of the Broad river, I guess it swelled to the point that everything got swept under.
I just found out the aquarium that I sometimes volunteer out got very badly destroyed. The life-support system got taken down and they had to move all the animals to other zoos and aquariums. I haven’t left the house. This one was for sure a bad one.

I am doing everything within my power to push it down and keep it low. I have offerings going to the Seminole Ancestors that protect here. I am hoping the wind shear they keep talking about will blow him away too. Because the little shit when from tropical storm to Cat 5 over night and we just don’t need that kind of behavior.
