I don’t really do it as a means of self-expression. I do it for the love of some good violence. Fighting gives my brain a challenge, and unlike the rest of life where I have to handle everything extremely carefully or else I hurt people and knock stuff over like a bull in a china shop, I can be as rough as I want, use my full natural strength.
