Regardless which method I try I am not able to astrally project. I do a lot of energy work so I have great energy flow in my body, there is no visible energy blockage. I reach to vibrational stage but astral body doesn’t seperate.
Can spirit or Demon pull my astral body out?
I saw on this forum that Thalos can help us to astrally project.

No, this is a skill, and even the best don’t manage it every time. You have to practice, a lot, sometimes for years, and you get slowly better and better. In the meantime using visualization and guided meditations are the interim solution.

You should try out-of-body experiences (OBEs) through lucid dreaming more often. This ‘new state of consciousness’ is a hybrid between REM sleep and wakefulness. I practiced OBEs for years using relaxation techniques and lucid dreaming, and I guarantee that both worked.
You don’t need to summon spirits, as you’ll encounter black angels or archons as soon as you leave your body.

Absolutely. This was actually my first conscious experience with a spirit, my first pact/petition after I signed it with blood.
It was Glasya from goetia. I did not ask him for it specifically, just for be him to enter my life and so on. When I re-read it nowadays it really reads silly.
Anyway, you may be able to repeat what I did: Learn the enn, repeat it for days, fall asleep with it, get attuned to it. Once you are ready write your desires and his sigil at the bottom. Go to some more isolated place. I went on a hill. Find a place, repeat the enn, read the paper, put your drops of blood on the sigil. Done. As I dropped the blood I had a synchronistic moment of a dog barking. You might get something similar.
After you return and fall asleep, it will happen. I felt all that bending and tingling stuff that’s associated with this, I didn’t know about it back then.
One note: as awesome as it will be, you will soon realize that it’s not so easy to do this by yourself. The spirit is a great help at the beginning but I believe the goal should be actually to learn to do it than being it done for you all the time.

How exactly did you make the petition for astral projection? Did you write something like, “…could you help me?” or was it more like, “…take my body out into the astral ?”
The former. The words were more like asking it to enter my life. I did not expect the projection at all - that was the spirit’s way to make me experience something strong and undeniable. It was its way of initiation.
