Some time ago I believed Astarte and perhaps Gremory to be succubi, but then I realized the first is a goddess not “originally demonic”, and the second just have a feminine look.
Anyway I was fascinated by the picture of an incubus face and believed there was a devil named Incubus (rather, it was a sort of an example). I could always apply a certain principle, i.e. I can make a sigil and try to contact the entity with that look and name.

So I took little break this weekend from trying to contact my succubus just because I had plans and simply didnt have time to sit and meditate and now that im back in the swing of things again my connection feels way distant if its even there at all. Does that normally happen and what can i do to fix it?

It seems like a “disconnect” there, and I think it’s more common with any spirit if the contact isn’t maintained, established and nurtured consistently. These kind of occurrences happens for a short amount of time, even on an established connection between us and spirits. When we wake up from a deep sleep, it takes a few minutes to “connect” again, and the reason for that can vary. Just like us, our spirits and entities do prefer to stay in bed a few moments before going up.
The connection between the nervous system and our spirits need a “reboot”, too. I might use a lot of computer related terms to explain this, but it’s mainly because the connection between us and spirits need maintenance in a similar way as a computer. A computer needs electricity. A physical relationship with a succubus needs a lot of energy, and to get that interaction, you need to acknowledge it. Both needs maintenance to work properly in accordance to connect with them. Pulling the plug from the computer shuts it down and taking distance from spirits - for any kind of reasons - weakens the link between us and the spirits. That occurrence is just a temporary phase, and it’s all about building up that connection once again.
Talk out loud, or by thought, to the succubus. Acknowledge her presence, even if you can’t see, hear or feel her. Eventually it will grow, day by day, until the connection is reestablished once again.

That makes alot of sense I guess I just need to be more patient with myself and with her.
Has any body used binaural frequencies to help them meditate to contact their succubus?
I’ve tried it a few times, but since I allready have an established contact with my spirits, it didn’t do much on my perceptions on them. It sure helps you to focus and might enhance your senses a bit. What I did notice, when using binaural frequencies, was that the energy stream adapted to the frequencies and when closing my eyes, the visuals of the energies was very active. Now, this is something that do occurs for me without the use of binaural sounds anyway, so I haven’t found any need for it.
You could try it. Maybe it will help you to connect to your succubus.
I even tried a succubus related binaural sound, but I would not recommend you to try it out. I just found it way too porno-dogmatic for a beginner. But if you want to be rebellious and do things your way, without someone telling you what or what not to do, have at it. Just do a search on Youtube, but be warned of some very disturbed videos and sounds. If you are sensitive to flashes, just focus on the sound.

First of all. You can summon an incubus or succubus in different ways. In childhood, the spirit will wait until you’re older. Or if they just found you spontaneously.
You can use a ritual like you have, but there’s always a chance they won’t take interest. Or if they take interest in you and just wait until the right moment to pop out of nowhere.
However, I think I summoned an incubus when I downloaded a spirit box app and asked if incubi/sucubi are real and they said yes, also said they’ll bring one to me.
However, I didn’t get any feelings until I was in a car with my father a week after and felt a heaviness in my chest, and struggled to breath a bit. Didn’t know what was happening since I forgot what I did. When he dropped me off I felt extremely tired and went to lay down in my bed, watching shows on my computer.
That’s when it came to me.
I was laying on my side, and a massive energy mass laid down next to me.
Firstly I thought it was one of the cats until I looked back and saw there was no cat.
Tbh I was freaked out - not knowing what it was - so I just ran downstairs. The massive surge of energy made my knees wobble.
I’m still trying to figure out if it’s good or not.
But, anyways, please be careful if you want to summon one, since the result can be very unpredictable.
Some rituals or spells aren’t for everyone.

Hi, youre awesome, i was wondering if succubi constantly shift between manifestations and whether we have to intend for our energy to be directed at them or if they just pick up our energy and manifest accordingly.
Im asking because im trying to figure out if my human girlfriends poltergheist is really my succubus lover. Whenever i have negative feelings towards my human lover, she experiences paranormal shit. If i neglect my succubus lover, my gf gets sick and poltergheist shit happens.(happened as a novice because i didnt know if she was real)
So can i help heal her manifestation to a less negative one? I dont wanna say fix because i understand its her nature.
