Hekata is one of the many Goddesses of Magick. She can used for a lot of things within the general realm of magick and divination.
There are multiple guides posted on the forum on summoning, even by myself, look over these using the search icon and you should find your answers regarding how to work with it.
Also check in with @Mulberry about spiritual hygeine if you are completely new to practicing
I suggest you try you tube, there are many great videos there by people following the Goddess Hecate you can get the basics from, and if you look into bookstores, she’s popular there too.
Also try the search here to see what occultist do when then work with her. I personally don’t, but she is a powerful if slightly demanding deity who is worth cultivating a relationship with.
