I wrote them phonetically in English so just chant them as they are spelled.

They are not pronounced the same as the GOM because the GOM mainly uses Hebrew and these are not Hebrew.

@wildweaselmw It’s really up to you. You can do them while meditating or you can do them during the day, whichever you prefer. I use several of the mantras and generally like to set aside a specific time of about half an hour to forty-five minutes twice a day to chant them. One thing to be aware of, however, is that some of the mantras may put you into a slight altered state of mind so the only time I would advise not chanting them is while driving or if you have to concentrate on a task.
