Could be, but the people who wrote the grimoires were more interested in causing fear than removing it. Any spirit that can cause a thing can remove it, so I would try them, Asmoday comes to mind.

Fear and anxiety is not the same. Anxiety is irrational.
You didn’t mention “anxiety”. The Latin word phobia means fear, not anxiety. The Latin for “anxiety” is anxietatum (below)
But you are incorrect, both can be rational or irrational, and anxiety is basically a mild fear, usually fear of the unknown.
The answer remains the same, although “anxiety” as a word would have been available after 1520s.based on the word’s etymology, I don’t recall it being used in any grimoire. It seems modern psychiatry adopted it and made it much more popular.
To illustrate this, if I search an online demonic encyclopedia for the word anxiety, e.g. at demonicpedia.com, I get 0 results for anxiety -
But if I search the word “fear” there are 3 pages of results, including demon names. fear - Demonicpedia
Ergo, working any entity that deals with fear will put you in the right company.

OK. Is that relevant here? I responded to what you specifically asked in this post and still my answer has not changed - there’s a list of entities that manipulate fear, regardless of what the semantics you use, you now have that list. It’s not that deep.

Mental states and physical states are closely linked. I think I would more likely choose spirits asociated with self development and shadow work, but healing spirits might as well get the job done.

If the state of the brain affects the state of the mental then healing spirits should be no problem as they could fix the problems in the brain.

You don’t need a sigil. Sigils only apply to Western angels and demons. Just chant his mantra.
