If I soul-travel to another timeline and take over another version of myself, what would happen to me in this timeline? Will I die?
That’s how soul travel works. It’s not an escape from reality.
Edit. That NOT how soul travel works. Typo lol
"Not. I think he means that’s NOT how soul travel works. You cannot leave this body that easily
In my view, and based on my musings on why I have had a few personal “mandela effect” experiences, is that you can change your vibration rate, and that will switch you into different timelines.
What you experience is small changes in historical facts that you are sure you know are one way, but find they are different. in that timeline. No-one else in that timeline will know and if you try to tell them you will appear insane, so don’t bother to mention it unless you are testing and them pretend you just remembered wrong and laugh it off.
Nothing happens to the old body, it’s not a real construct as far as you are concerned and you will never know, you consciousness has moved, not the physical.
Have you soul-traveled before? Did you use the soul travel course on the site?
Yes, and yes, I have worked through the BALG soul travel course.
Nice. I am looking into it. I asked ea about the possibility of going to another universe in the sense I mentioned above, he seemed to imply it was possible but extremely difficult to do so.
Going somewhere else isn’t the issue, it’s remaining there. You are bound to this incarnation and that binding does not end until the transition of death.
You might want to look into Hawk & Jackals system, called Tesseract magick. This system seems to be what you are looking for. You will understand the contents of it much easier if you study the works of Crowley, its basically a Thelemic ritual manual that is multiverse flavored.
Now, for the first question, if we entertain the possibilty of alternate selves and if they could be taken over permanantly, two branches happen imo:
Copy - paste: I think the previous version of you just contiunes, thinking the ritual has failed, and you are on the parallel timeline.
Cut - paste: Likely your previous self dies on spot, or that entire timeline is erased because the observer isn’t in it anymore.
Fun thought experiment really, but much easier to just do a magickal operation and get whatever desire you had rather than go for this extremely theoretical soul travel journey that might simply be a dead end or simply much more problematic.
Quite an interesting topic , but what happens if that body is in suspended animation or sleeps under anesthesia? And im have this two times , I remember a dream in which I am in the hospital ,instead of organs I have some mechanisms and the doctors quickly put me to sleep back when they realized that I woke up because the operation has not yet been completed and I should not have woken up at all because I don’t have to know that I am not in that reality .
The second time was not so long ago , this time I no longer had a mechanism , but I was lying under a drip , and so this time I was put to sleep not with a mask but with a solution that was injected into a vein , quite strange sensations after waking up you still feel a little like that body from a dream and as if you There are ivs
Your consciousness is free to roam wherever it wants to when the body is asleep but it is still intimately tied to that body. It’s an old myth that the physical shell is left completely empty when the consciousness that inhabits it soul travels because, unless that body dies and severs the link, there is always a piece of that consciousness left behind to monitor things, so to speak. Even deeply comatose patients exhibit some signs of consciousness (there is an argument to be made as to how exactly one measures “consciousness,” but medically speaking, some kind of brain activity as measured by an EEG is generally taken as a sign of life. When the brain dies, the body run itself on autopilot).
Thank you. Anything specific you recommend? I am going to look into this.
So when one dies, they can go to another version of their former self?
That’s what the theory of quantum immortality in quantum mechanics postulates. However, it is not like jumping into another version. It’s simply your consciousness sliding into a parallel possibility in the quantum soup in which you didn’t die. You’d never even notice a difference from the current reality. You’d still be you, you’d still age, and eventually, you’re physical being will cease to be.
There is a lot of misunderstanding and outright misinformation in occult circles about the Multi-World Interpretation of quantum mechanics. Frankly speaking, 99.99% of the people involved in the occult and the manifesting communities who like to blabber on about multiple realities and “everything is possible” have no actual understanding of the theory at all. They’re just promoting a fantasy.
Anything spesific on what? There is only one paper about the said Tesseract magick, just google it. If you are talking about Thelema, now thats a serious rabbit hole.
One paper? I found a few articles and a book…
it’s your soul , without noises of dogma and routine life
Can I ask which book have you found about Tesseract magick?
