Meaning they have a lot of energy. So if they were eaten and used as food the etheric body would get all that energy.

I think you’re still using the term power wrong and not knowing what you’re actually talking about lol. Powerful is knowledge and energy to back it up. The etheric body doesn’t just become some super power because you are souls and shit.
