Any one here have experience with solomon seals. I have 3 silver seals and they make me sick. I feel a change but it’s often to strong for me. I want to learn how to use them. Ones for abundance, healing, protection but I don’t know how to use them properly.

The reason it may be causing problem could be due to the planet being negative for you in particular, try some other planetary seal, using it is easy, they are geometric and doesn’t necesserily require any charging although you can surround you planetary seal with the appropriate planetary indignant or even light a candle around it of the right color and charge it. For example if you’re using a Saturn seal you could use black candle and black pepper.

How do I know my planetary seal.
In a general sense it makes a connection to you and empowers the item for use in magick. In the case of the planetary pentacles it imbues them with the appropriate planetary energies. For example, I am making a talisman of the 4th pentacle of Jupiter. I am going to be consecrating and charging it sometime this fall for optimal boost, as that is when Jupiter is dominant this year. Each pentacle has it’s specific time.

Look up Charles Cosimono’s psionic magick books.
They are still free online I believe and he gives real simple results how to use the pentacles and his results with them are written down under each pentacle as well.

Buy them online ? If yes , did you clean them of energies?
Did you activated them afterwards? Using the planetary hours and days corespondence?
Silver is not actually the metal for Jupiter nor Mars …
I made mines on virgin paper ( pergament ) or even on simple paper and they worked very fine
I don’t if them being of silver could affect it
You could try to get some new paper and a pencil
Red for Mars , Blue for Jupiter
Clean the paper and pencils of energy before using them
Draw yourself the pentacles , if in hebrew from right to left
Activate them in proper days and hours
Tuesday for Mars and Thursday for Jupiter
Actually if you have Key of Solomon you should have all the steps in there !
