Hello, does anyone experience watery eyes when meditating with their sigil? Why does that happen? I noticed the sigil gotten brighter and whiter.

You might just need to blink more. While practicing gazing without blinking is possible, I’m not sure you need though. The blue flame meditation EA does (I think it’s still in the online courses now) requires not blinking, but that’s the only meditation I’m familiar with that stipulates that. As far as I know, blinking during sigil activation is fine.

Water holds a special place among the elements.
Water can be used as portal for spirits but it’s also used as a lens, so it can help when you’re scrying

It is a part of our eyes focusing on the sigil.

Thank you as I thought blinking would cause it to ruin the trance.
