The head of my astral body began to bob back an forth like if I was listening to some music or something.

My solar plexus began to charge up like if I was meditating on it.

And Again my astral body began to sway bag and forth
not to much to make my body popout but enough to make it seem as if I was dancing or listening to a hymn.
