I recently found a free audio narration of “Human Animals - An Occult History Of Shapeshifting, Transformation, And Lycanthropy”… it’s not what you want but it’s useful to know the history and where some less realistic ideas come from to separate magick from folklore.
Imo, if you can heal, and manifest and demanifest form, both known Siddhi’s, then you can shapeshift. And vice versa. This is a big task and it’s said by the Buddhists that you don’t get to choose which order Siddhi’s arrive in. But if you work on raising your kundalini and learning it all comes in time.
