I know i gag about servitors and thoughtform on here to much,but can i create a servitor to amplify every sigil i make to a 100 percent success rate.cause i don’t i’m having a power freak this day’s.

I will definitely use the chant,hmm,got me thinking can I make a sigil,that says every sigil i make,is 100 percent effective,with that it hits my subconscious to manifest both short term goals and long term goals effectively.
Interesting. I think I briefly interacted with the referenced incantations quite a long time ago. I should revisit this.
In terms of the OP’s question, you may well be able to create a servtitor to improve your sigil results, given that (in my personal view) both are essentially taskings given to the subconscious.
But I will say that your ambition of achieving a 100% success rate is likely overly optimistic. I would be very surprised if anyone, anywhere achieves a 100% success rate (unless maybe if they have only done one thing and that happened to work- like a boxer claiming to have retired undefeated when having only fought and won a single match).
