I did an evocation ritual last night to petition Bune. At the very beginning of the ritual, I did the fourfold breath, then I started chanting Bune’s enn. I only had to chant it maybe 2-3 times before my entire body felt like it was spinning fast. My eyes were closed. I then felt this feeling of compression or like I was being crushed in my forehead. Then I just stopped chanting the enn because I felt like I didn’t need to anymore. I experienced this sensation in my forehead and body for maybe 30 seconds, but then my roommates in the other room were making noise so it stopped.
What is this? Has anyone experienced anything similar?

It sounds like energy moving. It’s normal and will lessen as you practice until you run a big step up in energy again.
Keep your eyes open if you don’t like the spinning to avoid vertigo. Maybe pick up a meditation practice like doing the microcosmic orbit in qigong to develop your energy better and then this would be easy.

Ok. My first thought was that it was Bune making her presence known. My psychic abilities aren’t too developed so experiencing something like this was pretty cool
You usually sense presence with the exact same sense that you do human or animal presences.
That feeling of being watched, or that there’s someone there when you thought you were alone.
You can practice it if you try going to a cafe, sit in a quite corner and people-wtach. Notice how the atmosphere in cafe changes as people arrive and leave. Start noticing without looking. You will also notice how the atmosphere changes differently depending on what mood they are in and how they interact, changing the energy of others around them.
It’s no different when spirits walk in. You can feel they came into the room, what mood they’re in and if they are alone or with others. All humans can do this, it’s a very base-instinct survival sense we never lost. Horror movies rely on it for suspense - how many times are you frustrated by a character not looking behind them when you know instinctively that anybody else in real life would? It’s a thing. All you have to do is acknowledge it exists to use it.
