I have some ideas:

Right now, STOP believing that this works. You are magickally contributing to making it work through your belief - you support it, so see him as an incompetent stupid old fool wasting his time, and you will disable his attempts by doing this.
Or better yet see that he’s trying to hep sales and transmute his magick into sales-boosting energy. E.g., go to the spots and sprinkle sugar or honey on them and turn them into sweet cakes that everybody wants. This is “alchemy” and you only need your intention to do it. Combat magick is mostly a battle of wits - fight smarter not harder.
You can at the same time, place a binding on him so he forgets about you. But he’s going to be helping you now so why do that?
- “We also need to sell the house.”
You need more information.
Look at other houses like yours in the market and find out why they sold before yours. Do what they did. Get the advice of several real estate professionals, and consider as true the ideas that get repeated over and over.
Then, knowing what the blocks are, do magick to helkp fix or get people to ignore those specific blocks.
