That person probably isn’t around. If you look at the avatar, they only read for an hour and then didn’t post again. They put very little effort into really learning how o get it to work, or reading others experiences, at least not here.
It’s pretty common for people who come to magick in desperation for a specific material thing like love or money, have it fail and then quickly fade off the forum.
I’ve noticed a very low success rate when dates are specified. Most people suggest not applying dates, it just leads to doubt, as in this case, and works against the magick via the law of attraction (like attracts like).
You want to visualize having your outcome NOW, and now is not a date in the future - the future never comes, there is only now.
Meaning, if you do a working to get something in the future, you might have just made sure you never get it as it’s always over there, separated in time, not here and now.
