Satanic Meditation for sobriety

This is a meditation that Astarte gave me. I have worked almost exclusively with Astarte for many years on sobriety for myself and others. She has given me many good things over the years. This may be the best thing she has given me.

This meditation can be done up to 3 times daily; at least 4hrs apart. Try it for one week before making your own opinion. Hope this helps you on your journey towards sobriety.

PAH - x9

SAH -x9

DAH -x9

LAH -x9

VAH- x9

NAH -x9

SAH -x9

BAH -x9

FAH -x9

End the meditation with PAH-SAH-DAH-LAH-VAH-NAH-SAH-BAH-FAH 3 times.

Again, make your own opinion after a week of doing the meditation. It may help you on your journey.

Hail Satan!

Astarte. Astaroth means asshole in Hebrew. Who’s going to respond to “Hey, asshole! Help me.”?

Enlighten us all to that pronunciation’s great and hidden meaning then.

@SatanicSobriety, please don’t insult members or tell them to shut up. Any posts along those lines are against forum rules and will be immediately removed. Dissenting opinions are par for the course here, and you did literally ask @anon93430693 to “enlighten you,” so that is what he did.

The meditation is the focal point here.

If you want the meditation to be the focal point, then maybe you should describe your own experience with it. So far, you seem to be just expecting people to jump into it with no explanations or descriptions of what to actually get from it.

Upon doing this meditation, I have felt my energy at first quiet down, second it would focus the energy at different points along my spine and then I would feel it push out dead stagnant energy. It seemed to shave days off of recovery. It doesn’t feel like kundalini meditation. It seems to start more subtle, but grows over time. A new current? Idk what to call it. I merely channeled the meditation and have done it myself.

PAH feels like the root chakra area.
SAH feels like the base of the spine ascending up.
DAH feels like the Dantian area from Taoism.
LAH feels like the solar chakra area.
VAH feels like the heart chakra area.
NAH feels like the the base of the neck, slightly lower than the throat chakra, and at this point the energy seems to start descending and feels like it mixes with the ascending energy.
The next SAH feels like the base of the skull and I can feel it going down my entire spine.
BAH feels like it is inside my brain, Pineal gland area.
FAH feels like the top front of my skull.
I would do them nine times each, in order, taking my time to elongate the mantra over one full, slow exhalation.
Then I would say them all in a row, one breath, and it would feel like it balanced the energy out.
That’s how I would end.
Afterward, everything would feel like it got very quiet? IDK if that’s the exact way to describe it. I would notice that I had greater calm, focus, and all things external seemed to drift away from importance. It would allow me to focus on myself better and it seemed like I was more in control of my situation and could make better decisions. It does also seems to build over time, like weight lifting or something. Apologies for my lack of details earlier. I am usually an antisocial person and not always as articulate as I should be.

Also, this meditation should be stopped after the aura feels solid again. There are better meditations for people that are feeling more normal.

Correction, NAH feels like it is ascending. SAH, the one above it seems to bring the energy back down.

I think it is accumulating earth energy at the bottom half as LAH and VAH are similar to the Vedic LAM and VAM, root and sacral chakras, but higher up. Accumulating earth energy is very good for some people, such as those recovering from addictions, as the aura seems to feel weaker in early stages of recovery. Do not do this meditation if you have problems dealing with earth energy. I also have noticed the higher chakra points seem to be releasing excess “yang energy/ heavenly chi” which can be helpful for stress, anxiety, too much thinking and racing thoughts. Again, great for recovery, not so great for normal daily life.

Also, I remember experiencing some pain and discomfort at first, but that would go away and feel like it was being removed through the energy point, so be aware of that and I don’t believe there is any cause for concern. If it becomes too painful, stop immediately and do fewer repetitions in the future until pain subsides. Don’t overexert yourself. No one needs to get hurt.

Also, just confirmed with my spirit guide, the one that helped me channel this, that this like the Thomas recipe for meditations; their words. For those that know what that means may this prove helpful in early stage recovery.
