Runic pillar

Okay I have been doing a ritual that’s like the middle pillar but twitch Nordic runes. I had to stop and not do it for a day cause from my understanding, my body wasn’t used to soo much runic power?

Anyway I’m making this the day after my rain check and I’m not sure if I’m stressed cause of work, something else, or that I actually miss doing the ritual.

Any experiences galdr people that can educate me?

What’s the problem, sorry? You didn’t finish the story.

You were doing a daily energy work practice, you skipped it yesterday… and now what? Why are you saying you might be stressed?

I’ve been overly stressed. And I know it sounds strange… kinda, empty.

I did the normal middle pillar for about amount or almost I think, I liked how I felt abit energized, then I did the rune thing and it was even more powerful. I think….-

I miss the rush.

But I don’t wanna damage my physical body, the last time I felt it I felt slightly dizzy especially when I laid down on my bed, and I was out of balance. That’s why I refrained any rune stuff.

I think you’re doing the right thing, listening to your intuition to take a break.

Working on hour energy body is a bit like working out at the gym. You use progressing tress to cause the muscles to get stronger, and in the same way doing energy work progressively makes your energy body stronger, widens the energy channels and lets you conduct more. But you want to do that very gently and not try to force it or you can do too much and damage yourself, which will set you back in your training, just as straining a muscle will set you back in our gym work as you have to then wait for it to heal.

I would say you don’t have to do none, but let it be easy, unhurried, and just observe and allow it to flow as you watch it, and don’t deliberately practice anything more forceful.

On not feeling the rush that can also be a sign of success - as your channels are getting stronger and wider, the same energy isn’t a strain any more so you can’t feel it so much. It’s still happening though, so you want to learn read your energy intuitively rather than rely on physical sensations.

Slower then huh? Okay I’ll focus on what steps I want to do(it’s a work in progress, I’ve been winging it) and take my own time, stress free

Not so much slower, but much more gently. Be kind to yourself and let it take as long as it takes.

That… makes more sense. And I that think, and that might be the problem, I live with my mother, and I don’t like doing it when she’s around and my most open space is the living room, I do know I have rushed more then I should have…. Perhaps I should find someplace like our shed from now on. It has air conditioning for soo…..

Greetings.

What a union of synchronicities!

I also happened to be involved with runes at one time.

I even designed a modified Middle Pillar ritual for this purpose and am happy to make it available here. Proceed as you see fit.

Since I’ve been performing Middle Pillar rituals for about 15 years, I’d be happy to share some insights. These days, I perform my own daimonic Middle Pillar rituals. I’ve been practicing Dark Middle Pillar rituals for about four years.

Yes, at the beginning, the energy can be very strong, or rather, unfamiliar. This also depends on the invoked forces you’re calling upon, your constitution, and what spiritual practices you’ve already undertaken.

Additionally, you can choose different paths of Sephiroth or Qliphoth if you wish. (Path of the Flaming Sword…)

If you have trouble keeping track of the number 10 (I personally always use the number 11 for the Sephirah/Qlipha) when counting the mantras, you can use mudras to avoid counting mentally.

I use the Hebrew “Priestly Blessing Hands” (Live long and prosper :-P). Simply fold a finger after each mantra, and then, for number 11, close the circuit. Just your hands or fingers together.

I would also suggest that you do some kind of spiritual cleansing or banishing beforehand. If the ritual was too much, you can do one afterward as well. You can also simply do some exercise to release the energy, or some other kind of work, even giving massages, for example.

I once read somewhere that after recharging, i.e., after the M.P., you start to glow like a Christmas tree, spiritually speaking.

And if you want to sleep, you shouldn’t do this in the evening.

This energizing ritual is truly very versatile; it can also be used after invocation to anchor various forces, or you can spiritually perceive what inspiration you receive in your sphere of attention.

In alchemical terms, a prior purification through, for example, banishment, fumigation, a salt bath, or whatever you prefer, would be the Solve, and the Middle Pillar would be the Coagula. Solve et Coagula.

Listening to your gut feeling, your intuition, is a good suggestion.

Modified Runic MP, with runic interpretations for trans Sephira/Qlipha. (AIN/BOHU, AIN SOPH/CHOSHECH, AIN/TOHU VA BOHU, …)

Don’t rush!

Greetings again.

(I hope we can help you a little!)

Ave Samaal!

HOLLY! Okay. Your definitely experienced!

Gotta admit, I’d never do something like this. If anything I’d just create different rituals for different runes. But it have more then just that. It’s just my thing.

Okay soo now and the day before I made this I feel my third eye tingly, I thought it what the whole head but after skipping a ritual day and doing it this morning the tingle is more precise, it’s coming from my third eye point.

Is that a bad or good sign?

That’s a good sign, energy is moving. You might also find after a while that the tingle spreads, it might even make shapes over your forehead, and as you observe it you realize eventually there’s a whole other meridian nobody talks about wrapping around your head like you’re wearing a crown and the whole thing tingles.

Imo that’s probably the origin of halos and crowns, and it can develop points too, but let it just do it’s thing you’ll notice and ‘see’ it of it’s going to do that. It’s all normal and good.

I’m having those exact feelings!

I think it’s happening cause for my crown and third eye, I’ve been chanting out loud and in my head the Ansuz rune, cause I’m told it’s the prime one for that.

Guess the only thing now is to keep chanting. Perhaps I’ll restudy my other chakras, and see if I’m chanting the right runes for them.

Okay did further research and found the right runes. I hope. But I’m more sure then the last runes I picked.

Anyway I finally was able to fill out and strengthen the base of my staff, now I’m just making sure to be clear, I either carve or burn, hen breath or just put saliva on(not ready o donate blood yet) and chant daily on whatever abilities I want the staff to have?

the nordics did Galdr for power not spiritual development, I’m creating my own magic system with different things and I’m adding the runes to it. My dream is to become a wizard or sorcerer(haven’t decided the title yet) that can create and do things thought impossible. Wish me luck. Cause I’m planning to become a real life Gandalf!

If I may ask: what runes do you use for this ritual?

Eh it’s a work in progress. But I’ll tell your what I’ve been trying so far. fehu/ansuz for crown and third eye, ansuz for throat, Gebo for heart, sowilo for solar plexus, laguz for pelvic, and uruz for feet.

Also I use the ingwaz rune in the navel to seal all the energy.

I would consider to change only the runes for crown/third eye - Fehu rune can cause quarrels-as said in Old Icelandic rune poem, also it is materialistic rune, as one of its meaning is cattle-wealth.

Ansuz may be not so bad, but it is better placed in throat.

For crown/third eye I would consider rune Dagaz - Day, as it have no negative meanings and bring light (you need light to see-third eye), joy and hope for everyone no matter who it is - this can be associated with crown as the chakra of unity with creation/cosmos/God/you name it.

Second rune I would consider for crown/thir eye is Algiz, as it means protection, and some people give it meaning of higher self and spiritual connection.

Consider my proposal and tell what you think
