Hermetics is a philosophy not a style of magick. To use it’s principles for an attraction spell you would go with “like attracts like” - a Hermetic principle. So you would assume love is on it’s way, act as if it’s coming around the corner and it is. This is used in things like New Avatar Power and the Secret.
Conversely make sure your attitudes are nor repelling the energy you want to bring in

What makes it RHP or not is your attitude of non-harm and self-sacrifice. The tools themselves are neutral. Since you are doing an attraction spell, this inherently is LHP, because doing magick for your benefit instead of leaving it to the universe/god/source’s will is considered “sinister”.
