Relaxing ritual in NAP

I’ve recently started practicing NAP and I’m curious about something. How is it that the words in this relaxation ritual seem so simple, yet they immediately put you into an alpha or theta state as soon as you start reading them? I’ve tried creating my own version, but my mind doesn’t react or respond in the same way

Could this be because there are no entities backing up my words? I mean you do ask Arzel in end to help you with ventures but this i assume is aimed at your petitions/ invocation chants and magic… could it be possible that other spirits mentioned in the book amplify and support the practitioner’s efforts? Or maybe cause of authors blessing the book before publishing them? Its very intriguing regardless…

It’s a hypnotic induction. Inductions are written in a specific way to facilitate trance. It requires no spirits.

Your version didn’t work because you don’t know how to write a proper induction. It’s not as simple as “you are getting sleepy…”

I see, i thought its beings that facilitate you in similar systems but i guess its not like that.

So I will be doing the NAP ritual for the first time and the incantations for wealth written in the book, I have questions the magic words “ ankar yod…” is kinda confusing especially the “YOD” is it pronounced yord or yod as in yo!, in the invocation for money is the “DYE” pronounced die or “theyear”, and is it ok if I do the rituals multiple times in a day

YOD is Hebrew and is pronounced as 'Yuh-D."

DYE is pronounced “die.”
