Hmm, as already mentioned the meaning is going to be subjective to you. However it might mean that your not taking certain opportunities when they come? Not necessarily related to sex but if the dream was you refusing sex (I don’t know the context of it in the dream though) then it might mean you refusing/not taking good opportunities that come your way?
