Qigong and kundalini work

Can this two help me to boost the progress of developing my psychic senses? And if yes where should i start?

Yes, but pick one, not both. Best is to find a teacher, failing that, there are a bunch of books recommended in the Book Recommendations Collection thread. And a million tutorials on youtube. It’s a very popular system and the information is abundant.

Thanks

Hi dear mulberry, I’m a beginner and I would like to know which one would you suggest to follow and master first: qigong, kundalini or chakras

I would always recommend qigong but that’s my thing and I’m biased. I think and info on chakra work is so limited in the west there seems to be a higher risk of misunderstanding and causing problems without a teacher who’s done it, though going back to the work of Gopi Krishna and others is worthwhile. Qigong has a more technical model that makes it clear to explain if you can’t find a teacher.

Doing qigong or yoga (the practice that develops chakras) also develop your energy body to be able to handle kundalini rising without damage.

Going straight to kundalili yoga with meridians (nadis) and energy centers (chakras, sort of) that area blocked and untrained has been likened to going to the gym and trying to bench 400 from scratch: you risk that can’t do it or you injure yourself trying.
