You see spirits communicate through energetic vibrations and our mind translates these vibrations into a language we can understand, however, under normal conditions, this does not happen and often you will hear if you listen closely a small ringing noise
, however, when entering trance states your mind translates these energetic vibrations into a language we can understand.
It isn’t audible but rather it’s like reading a book to your self mentally that’s how you will understand the spirit at first they will sound like your own voice mentally (however you project your voice within your mind) but with more practice and a stronger connection to the spirit their voice will begin to sound different within your mind this trance state is known as the THETA GAMMA STATE where your mind is in the theta state but spikes up to what is known as gamma for a short time.

Wow! During the sleep paralysis there was a ringing noise kinda, but I heard her voice, she was talking, couldnt make out the words.

If you can’t communicate with them like that they will go out of there way to communicate messages to you via music , advertisements and even numbers (numerology)

You see when you are asleep you are within the REM state and as you awaken slowly you go up consciously these states Lilith Basically woke you up abruptly
in theta and that shock caused your theta to spike to gamma, hence why you where able to hear her slightly.

Hmm, that makes sense however, I woke up then fell into sleep paralysis. I hardly ever awaken into sleep paralysis, i fall into it from an awoken state.

Simply put the more you are exposed to the spirits energy the stronger the connection and with Invocation, you take the energy of the spirit within you strengthening the connection significantly like a lesser version of a possession
if the invocation is done correctly you can communicate without even summoning the spirit manually and may even take on parts of the spirits personallity.
