You can still use a creek or a stream. Rivers aren’t always available.

They are basically different sizes of freshwater that is running, as mentioned.

This comes from very old folk magick, that running water has been said to be uncrossable to entities for centuries. The quality of energy is that it’s yang compared with stillwater (like ponds or lakes) since it’s’ in more active motion.

I will try and use any of these cause there is a river but I think there are a few ponds or even lakes near where I live. thank you for your advice

The river or stream I use has to be in active motion ? I think that is for the part where you remove energy on a ritual item right? I actually just want to collect river water to mix with other ingredients to create the consecration oil EA Koetting uses .

so long as you dont drink it, let it touch you without gloves and use it on items without cleaning them up after ward. you should be fine, you could aslo boil the water or run it through a purifer

Thank you for your advice I am actually sorry about the post because I confused the oil of consecration ingredients with the expelling water .
