I have been having issues related to some past trauma that is seriously impacting my ability to connect to any form of relationship.
I was told Freja might be able to help as love, sex, fertility and the like are in her wheel house.
This isn’t a petty scorned vengeance petition. This is a serious my life has been fucked up and I can’t move on from the trauma, legit long standing grievance please what is damaged and how can it be healed, help me petition.
This is something that haunts the back of my mind and I need it gone.
As a goddess you can call her by name in your mind and basically do the same thing as praying.
A petition is just a letter asking for things, in this case healing, so you could make a handwritten request on nice paper and then meditate on how she is helping you. Imagine feeling your desired state and what it’s like as if it’s already here. Do that a couple of times a day for about a month.
I have a Norse (actually Old Norse language) prayer that I adapted from one to Freya that you could use like a little hymn to get the session started and ended, or, like an affirmation type thing.
