I no longer practice IIH as it doesn’t align with my path. How long it takes to progress through a step is dependent on your willingness and practice, it may be days, months, or years. If I recall people usually take around 2 years for step 1 in its entirety (rough estimate).
Step 1 is probably the most important step of the book so it’s worth the grind.
Forever. Its about focusing fully on whatever you are doing. One thing to remember is we are gonna be using these skills on first step to achieve others, and that doesn’t mean we are gonna be discarding them because we are on next stage.
I did the mistake that I mentioned above. Not a pleasant feeling to start over. Later excersises rely on your will, character, and concentration. These are what an IIH traineé will work on the early steps.
When you feel adequate to move on, then do so.
