i m curious how did you find your past life because after i made my blood pact with vassago he show me the last one a short moment and after nothing

@Dante1 This was off topic fro where it was posted, but it’s an excellent question that I’m not sure we really have a great thread to answer it - as you can see, the last post I find here didn’t get much.

Starting with the search for “pat life regression” there’s plenty on experiences, and any how-tos mixed up in those are hard to find.

So let’s make this a Standing thread for Self-led Past life regression techniques. :+1:

So I will start - for me it’s very simple - it’s basically the same thing as shamanic journeying or closed-eye scrying. Also called vision work, and Astral travel, or associative remote viewing (ARV).

As far as I can tell, these are ALL names for the same skill under different traditions.

  1. Get into a meditative state also called Theta Gamma State (TGS), comfortable and relaxed. Sitting upright so you don’t drift off to sleep.

  2. Give yourself (your subconscious, really) the instruction on what to view.
This is setting your intention very clearly.
For example, “Go to the most informative experience of the past life where I was that male Sirian warrior”
or “Go to my chronological last past life, to my living space when I was 20”
or “Go the the past life experience I most need to know about now”

  3. Write it down.
Write without judgement - you can read it and analyze it later. As you get started, you will notice things and the questions will multiply. Write them down as you go. This work is very much like dream work, and what seems clear in meditation, is easily forgotten when you come out of it.

  4. What if you get nothing?
If the instruction is too specific for a thing that did not happen, you may get nothing - this can be used to test information. If you ask to view a life at 20 and you get nothing, you may not have lived to 20, for example.

Warning:
From my personal experience, (which hopefully isn’t everybodies) if you do not guide yourself to see a specific age or event, you tend to get the most emotional experiences first. Emotion acts as an amplifier, and helps to solidify memories into your spirit, it seems, so these stand out and are very interesting to your subconscious and are what it brings back first.

But the most emotional events are not always pleasant. I viewed most of the deaths in my past lives first. That got traumatic and fatiguing quickly, and put me off doing regressions for years until it occurred to me to just change the instruction to look at other things.
