In LHP, it must draw a sigil, open it, and connect with entity’s energy. I was wondering if praying to an entity (Lucifer, Astaroth) in the way a Christian prays to God (without a sigil or other tools) would it contact with the entity?

And yes, praying can work, this is the entire principle behind Luciferianism and the religion of Demonolatry - the worship of “demons”.
