Neutralizing the threat

This has layers to it, i wont reveal all because i must keep my hate for ritual. Someone did something against me, others joined him, only he went to court, got a slap on the wrist with a peace bond, i doubt this will be enough. lightning struck the evening after his case and knocked out the power and set fire to someone’s shed or something. I see this as a sign.
I am looking for spells that require minimal tools, i have paper, writing utencil, my own blood, i can get candles but i have minimal herbs and no access to oils, i have access to the forest and the sea though.
The goal of this spell is to to target this same leader of the group and neutralize him as a threat and make an example for all the others.
Note i have baneful magick, evoking eternity, and the mastering evocation program but i do not want to get too hardcore meaning effect on myself and my life by doing this.

Since you have the book Baneful magick by E.A., try the ritual release of hatred - very simple, no tools but a knife and a poppet. You can make the poppet with a drawing of the person cut out of paper rather than the play doh he used. I think he says that in the book. Just make it like the shape of a gingerbread man and write the targets name on it.

What about when i have no hate or anger or anything, but still want to add towards it?

Then you can’t use the Ritual release of hated. But you said you did in your very first line above, which is why I suggested that one.

I meant I have moods when I can use it and moods when I cannot release hate, I am looking also for something I can use when I have no hate to release

Since you have those books, I suggest you go back and read them through, make note of the rituals that require a mood, and those that do not, then use that list to time your working accordingly.
