To break a curse burn a black candle in a bowl of holy water. The curse will be gone when the candle melts down and is extinguished by the water. Dispose of the remainder of the wax and holy water and the bowl outside off your property afterwards.
For added effect, you can pray Psalm 2 verse 9 while the candle burns.
EDIT: Make sure you stick the candle to the bowl before you fill the bowl with water!
An update for anyone interested, I implemented a lot of suggestions I got here and also other ideas I came up with along the way. So far there seems to be an improvement, but I am staying alert since at times things would seem okay for a few months and then turn again. I have still felt someone trying to watch me occasionally but I can also feel my protections blocking them from scanning on me.
I was also finally able to pinpoint exactly where it was coming from; originally from the first ex that I had formed a somewhat positive relationship with and I was not the target, my partner was hence why it wasn’t directly effecting me at first. Then the second ex, after their brief interaction became enraged at boundaries being drawn (no more contact, deleting on social media, not profiting off of their image anymore etc) did a literal death curse on me in retaliation. I was able to confirm this.
I’ve also had a few random nasty people throw stuff at me around the same time over petty arguments, all of this just kinda conglomerated.
I also needed more powerful protection in general, in the end this has kind of all benefitted me because it forced me to get back on the grind of evolving and improving my practice and refining my powers, which was something I had put on the back burner due to everyday life being overwhelming.
It’s just a shame it had to spiral so out of control and cause so much harm.
