Thatās strange because that description sounds more like myself than anyone else I can think of, except my hair is predominantly light blonde with brown underneath.
But other than that the description does not sound like anyone else that comes to mind.
There is a chance there is a stack of things going on here, Iām sort of in the public eye and usually my protections keep me from ever being hindered by it but people attempt to send things to me often.
Thatās the problem - you already tried to address symptoms, and it didnāt work. Addressing symptoms usually doesnāt - as you have found, they return, as they are recreated over and over again when the cause still exists. Iās like taking painkillers but continuing to hit yourself with a hammer and complaining the painkillers only work temporarily.
My attempt to distill that wall of text with massive amount of, according to youm irrelevant info, into the salient points about the cause was rejected by you because you did not rell us wgat was relevant and not.
And you still have not.
But you have no other explanation to allow a solution proposal.
So I donāt know how you think we can help. Your failure to fix the ācurseā wasnāt based on your lack of skill but because the underlying issue is not understood and will never be resolved until you do, and you are not telling us what we need to figure it out.
Youāve had my advice and I stand by it - identify and fix the actual problem not the transitory results of the problem.

I felt like I did identify the problem in my text, that most likely the ex had sent the initial issue, and it has snowballed because of the energies of the other woman and possibly others in their circles.
I have not just addressed the symptoms, as I said I also have done
- curse removals, blockage removals, cloaking, return to senders, cord cuttings, bindings on all parties involved. Including poppet work (including something very similar to what you linked), and a number of other rituals and energy work
Iāve basically hit it from every angle but doing a flat out death curse back. Thatās my question, do I have to resort to that, or is there another way to end it I havenāt already tried to just remove it fully.
Things will be fine for me for a while and Iāll think itās finally gone and relax, then it comes back and I can physically feel the energy when it does. Iām just tired of constantly chasing it around. Which leads me to believe the people involved are recasting it regularly or designed it to be able to evade the frequencies of my work. Nothing is bullet proof, obviously.

Yes, but my point is ALL of these strategies address the symptoms, not the reason for why people are generating - and continuing to generate, after all this time, these energies that cause the curses block, and cords.
Assuming your assessment that this person is the one generating this:
The fee fees of that woman and/or her friends seem to be what are keeping them keeping on.
So I pulled a card and I have to say, donāt get it. Either theyāre not talking right now and this is rubbish and can be ignored, or it will mean something to you, so Iāll throw it out these and you can decide. I got āResourcesā (Quareia Deck). This is a simple card it literally means resources - money, things, access to work effort. I did not expect that. 
What if your enemies are actively trying to kill you not for petty jealousy and obsession over a years-old affair, but because they want you out of the way because they think they can then take what you have? Then it IS personal, you have death curses bouncing of your protections and hitting the pets and people closest to you in energy - next in line sort of.
If thatās in the mix, then Iād say the poppet wonāt work because the motivation is greed and covetousness not lust or love. Iād go scorched earth and throw everything youāve got at them, youāre fully entitled to defend yourself. If thatās just random, then Iād go with the poppet.
It might be worth doing divination on your end to clarify the motivation, and then address whatever that is.

im only just reading this. I had a suspect it may not be at you but at him?
Thatās what I thought at first, and not just her but many of the women known and unknown that he has affairs with, and he basically sounds like a narc and they are infamous for having curses shed off them to others, by the very nature of the personality type being extremely self-protective.
Without the āResourcesā card as a possible cause, that would still be an expectation. But I thing thereās not enough data to say and it needs more divination work.
Or one could go with a generalist like Lucifer and just ask him to stop the attacks regardless of the source. I just donāt have a feeling that would be beefy enough to deal with this. The OP is experiences and has already tried many ways so this just feels like itās probably already been done and not going to be enough.
I guess the reason why Iām getting at (sorry it wasnāt clear) is that they are generating that energy because yes they wish to have what I have, itās very possible that goes beyond wanting him in particular still which ties into this
This is meaningful to me because, though I focused on the death aspect because itās certainly the most harrowing the effects have also kept me from finding work, made him lose one of his jobs, we are in extreme financial diress month to month barely scraping by, every opportunity falling through, hired at jobs then given no hours, side hustles no longer bringing in money, losing money randomly, etc
Our resources have been depleted and anyone that could help us or was helping us is now becoming ill.
This has been my intuitive feeling on it since i pieced together this wasnāt normal bad luck.
Itās possible the ex or both women believe that if I lose everything they will be able to swoop in and take what remains.
Iād suggest that you get two items or poppets and empower them with ambient energy with the intent of making the energy seem exactly like yours and his, as theyāre felt, thought of, perceived and seen by these people. Consecrate them as you two, to the extent that you state they now have your names, likeness, etc, everything except actually being living.
From there, work with either Bael or Foras to make you āinvisibleā meaning to make your energies obscure and hard to access and pinpoint and work with another spirit to amplify the energies of these items or poppets and make them much easier to connect to. That way, the curses wouldnāt hit you and would hit the items/poppets instead and you can get some relief from the whole situation while planning on your next moves.
The main thing is that even if youāre cord cutting it seems like they keep thinking about you to curse you so itād just keep forming new cords. So it would be better if you make the cords connect to something else (in this case the poppet or inanimate object) and make them waste their time and energy on that instead.
The main purpose of this would be stopping the curses from hitting you and giving you time to think with a clear head and get relief from the issues. Depending on how adept they are it may not be a long term solution but it may provide the time you need to plan. Make sure youāre very clear in your intent that this poppet is not linked to you in any way and is just a decoy.
And obviously donāt forget to jump on the offensive and hit them back. If theyāre cursing you this hard, hit them in a way that all their attention and focus will be spent on the issues theyāre facing instead of you.

I agree with you that years back his behavior definitely made some enemies that effected me in the long run and this is at the root his fault.
But I assure you he has done the inner work on himself and has not done anything since then, or more Iām unaware of, and I am very sure of that because not only do I have access to everything and would find out, but my spirits would definitely also tell me since theyāre what alerted me to the one betrayal he did in the first place. Heās also just a very different man now in all areas, a lot of growth has taken place.
Lucifer is actually one of the entities I have asked to aide me in this, though things have definitely improved (for me) it is not all the way gone. Now like I said itās going after his family, most likely because all I had was him and my cat.
Now that my cat is dead I only have him, because of his major depression I am worried he could be worn down into taking his own life after his dog, duck, and now his grandmotherās sudden dementia symptoms and his motherās cancer diagnosis all in the same week.
Of course this has all worn me down in the process, because I was very close with all of the animals being the one that stays at home with them 24/7. But he has been effected by the deaths a lot worse than me, and if it manages to take him out I really would lose everything left including my home.

I like the decoy idea, I have servitors for this so if Iām viewed or scanned enemies get the decoys.
Adding sheilds that are absorbing might help. Something like The Blob that swallows bad energy and gets stronger with being hit. Cats in particular are known to be protective and take bad energy in the environment, and now the cat isnāt there to help any more and others are in that energy instead, so something to mop it up is probably going to be helpful.
A divination on their protections so you can step around them could be a good next step, then a death curse wonāt bounce back.

Thank you, thatās a big part of why Iām stumped on whatās going on exactly here because I have a large number of years in experience and am well versed in most magical areas.
Iām still not sure about the robed figures, or the symbolism of a sicle, lantern, ladder, and bowl of red liquid though. Especially since my servitor doesnāt wear a robe, just the same sort of clothing I actually would wear.
