If I was dealing with that personally these be how I go about unrelated but I’m working with Lilith to help fix my eating disorders here soon. But anyway I would look at any eninity that are good at healing and invoke them into your body try finding a spirit that you really connect with and ask them to work on helping fix the issue by invoking them don’t put a cup on how long it takes just keep invoking then intell you feel better that how I would go about it
