I have been sucked dry and attacked on a weird set of energies yesterday and its like they know when to pick the time to have maximum result. A friend of mine online suggested I do a mirror spell. There are many types. Someone has experience making one for this purpose? A anti-narcissist mirror spell could help me big time. I tried everything.
Not sure this would work, as narcs are seeking energy from you in the form of attention, not giving it to you, so there should be nothing to “return to sender” or reflect back. To deal with narcs you have to ignore them and not let them affect you so you don’t supply them with the attention they are seeking, then they go looking for that energy elsewhere.
If you feel energy is being sent to you though, then a mirror shield would do that. A mirror shield is a normal shield, a bubble around you which you visualise to be mirrored and reflective on the outside, so that any incoming unwanted energy bounces off it back to the sender.
I would recommend employing one permanently as a basic aspect of your personal protections.

Thank you for these insights. Yes the best way vs narcs are to avoid them and to be completely without emotions in their attacks. I wish to be exempt of these attacks and left alone. I wish I could reprogram this sick matrix so they never send me those fuckers ever again. My patience is in a danger zone.
In this case a “binding” is useful, to bind the person away from you and from even thinking about bothering you.

This is a dumb move. That is because Narcissists are already looking in the Mirror, but specifically at their own ideal reflection, and instead not your version of the reflection you would want them to see (projection).
Narcs, Socio’s and Psycho’s are highly useful as some of them make excellent Soldiers, Cops and Security… when you delve deeper into specific aspects of their “Mission Magick Programming.”

When you make yourself stronger, this army of flies will no longer approach you. They are robots that see your weakness and attack it. Once you have identified your weakness and learned to protect or fix it, they will no longer be able to reach you and the attacks will stop. You are now trying to fix the internal problem with external manipulation…

I know the feeling, I work with a few. Ignoring is indeed the best option, but difficult when they are always ‘in your face’ so to speak. I agree with Mulberry. A binding is good, to get them to stop bothering you. I use the book Angels of Wrath, which has a binding ritual, along with many others to take down enemies. It also has a Destroy Defenses one, to make your enemy weaker. I always do that before a binding. Never failed me yet, although sometimes it takes a while to kick in.

Try to work with Goddess Kali - - as she known to deinflate the ego-- she’s usually quick to deal with narcissistic people. She’s very motherly by her presence and she’s willing to solve any issues to have come across.
