Microcosmic orbit + Lilith chant

I want to share my experience using Qi Gong and microcosmic orbit (MCO) with help from Lilith to activate my chakras and unblock energy flows, and complete the MCO. I also want to thank Lilith for her help!

For background: I have been working with Lilith for around 1.5 years and I started with shadow work that helped me with my repressed sexual sides. The shadow work helped me unblock my root chakra which lead to incredibly blissful experiences and energetic full body orgasms with Lilith.

I soon realised that my other chakras were blocked and I started practicing Qi Gong and asked Lilith to help with activating and unblocking them. After doing dynamic Qi Gong routines semi regularly for a year, I decided to get serious about it. I began doing Zhang Zhuang to build my qi and the microcosmic orbit routine by Glenn Morris in his book discussed here earlier and in more detail in his instruction manual Hoshin-Tao-Chi-Kung. I have also been doing the preparatory exercises in the manual and can especially recommend the chakra opening one when combined with a feeling of love and joy to help the energy rise.

In addition to the MCO practice, I asked Lilith for help and have been using Lilith’s chant posted here earlier on most days for 5-10 minutes per day. It seems very effective in activating my root chakra and sending the energy surging upwards, but I have been only able to feel the surge after doing the chakra exercises to unblock my middle and upper chakras.

With the MCO practice, I couldn’t feel the energy well to start with, with nothing on the front path. But on day 6, I experienced sudden, almost overwhelming energy surges while watching TV after 2 glasses of wine. The energy was so strong in my head that I had trouble sleeping and I tried to sink the energy down the front path and was able to complete the MCO. As the energy moved down from my head to my throat, I could feel the tongue tickling with electricity and a blissful feeling in my middle and lower chakras as the energy sank down the front path. The closing of the MCO resulted in a burst of energy allover the body with my arms and legs tingling for a few minutes. After that it was easy to repeat the orbit.

By the way, does anyone here have any thoughts or better yet personal experiences on how to interpret in Glenn’s book about goddesses while doing the microcosmic orbit practice?

I’m sorry we cannot share links to pirated copyright material on this forum - I edit your post to remove the link.

The Dan Tians are not chakras though and can’t be treated the same way. The Dan Tians are from qigong, the chakras are from Indian kundalini yoga - they are different systems. That confusion could be what’s causing you trouble.

Ignore them. They are a distraction on the path. Morris himself had visions of Hindu deities dancing before him when he went through the Kundalini, even though he was a Catholic meditating to improve his martial arts. He found them pleasant to watch but didn’t give any meaning to them.

I took the same stance and ignored the warning. His approach to teaching microcosmic orbit and kundalini was very down to earth and practical so the warning about goddesses stood out to me as strange.

Also, thank you for posting repeatedly about the book, I would have probably ignored the book otherwise even if I had discovered it by accident!

Do you have the page number for that? I don’t remember a warning specifically about goddesses in Path Notes.

I don’t quite remember all the exact pages, but in the meditations chapter, he advises: “Do not attempt to bring through an archetype, god, or spirit by imagining yourself to be on a particular wavelength…” to avoid trouble like possession, delusions, or epilepsy—emphasizing “no-mind” (mushin) instead. In the higher sexual practice section (Chapter Twelve), he notes that some magical traditions treat women as “demons” or distractions, observes that “it’s almost always the girls who get possessed,” and explicitly states: “Goddess worship can be pretty high-risk.”

On page 115: “ I’ve never seen a black aura as such except when watching an example of possession by a goddess.“

I’ve seen black auras and lack spots in auras - they are always cancer. Don’t breathe it in if you see it.

No problem, thank you for cleaning up the post. Sorry for posting potentially illegal content, I assumed the manual was in the public domain as it was on scribd.

Related to chakras vs qi gong, I get it. The methods taught in the manual are a mix of the two approaches, just in separate excercises, so I’ve been switching focus by excercise, which seems to work.

The experiences I have had so far have been powerful but positive, and fortunately I’ve had no troubles. Based on the book, manual, and other resources what I went through are typical signs/symptoms of the body adjusting to the energy flow.
