In any case, honestly you’ll get better instruction than I can explain just on youtube. There’s thousands of great qigong and tai chi instructors there than can explain and demonstrate the principles.

Also please use the search and put some time into reading around the subject. I’m nobody’s guru and it’s worth listening to several teachers to see what feels right for you personally. Ideally if you can find in-person classes near you, that’s ideal, as this is not a theoretical topic, it’s experiential. Even a martial arts class like aikido or tai chi chuan that teach energy training would be good for this.
