Hey guys ! So l had a really weird and also scarry experience while I put in practice the Lust Sigil ritual foound on here and provided by the user @Shadowdoctor if I am not mistaking.
So yesterday night I decided to draw the Sigil along with the photo of my ex boyfriend, to try and spark more lust and interest into him.
Keep in mind that this would be the first time for me to try Chaos Magic or activate a sigil. So nothing really happend last night, didn’t feel amything too much trying to open the Sigil.So i put the photo along with the hand drawing of the sigil in my phone case and left it there to charge.
Today I got a bit angry with my ex because he was avoiding me and just earlier I took the photo out and the sigil and tried it one more time…I have gaze at it until it begun to flash so I guess that I have finally opened it. After I just spoke in a few words my will and put the sigil and the photo aside…But after I felt something so.intense.an energy like never before and a hot sensation in my body my hands were sweaty and I felt like I was going crazy…almost like losing my mind. It got me really.scared like.never before now.as I am.writting this I am still shaking.
I just want.to.know since I have been learning about magic before but didn’t practice to much is this going to affect me or my mental health? Did anyone went through something similar? In the original post there was a mention that the Sigil was related to Beleth…I am quite hesitant when it comes to wotking with demons, since I don’t know how to handle it. But i still did.it anyway because part of me.was not expecting it to have an effect and I honestly wanted something quick to work with my ex and the other users said it was effective. So will something happen further?
Well this is energy moving. Without more details it’s hard to say why. But when you’re not used to running energy it can feel more intense. It’s kind of like, your energy pathways are narrow from disuse so using them feels stronger. I would say it’s a good sign that at least something happened. You want to rely on your intuition to figure out what. It could be energy going out, it could be energy being returned to sender, it’s hard to say without being you. 
Maybe meditate on it and trust yourself.
“Meditate on it” means, sit quietly and get into a light trance state and bring back to mind the moment, and feel and examine it from all senses. See if any new thoughts about it arise and write them down, then when you feel you have enough read them back and analyse what they are saying.
For most people, no. If you are predisposed to mental health issues or already have something going on, doing magick can make that worse. Doing lust magick can carry a risk of making you obsessed, but with application of discipline you can control this, banish it if need be.
Yes if you pick up the practice of kundalini yoga or qigong or other energy working techniques you can get these sensation son purpose, as a result of the energy moving. It’s normal.
Your doubt may prevent it from working. This is like asking and denying at the same time, both energies are sent out and the strongest one wins. You want to be certain your working is happening and that it’s inevitable that the result will come. See it in your mind in as much detail as possible.
It’s hard to say if it will work at this point, the fear and anxiety around the working isn’t so helpful, and that’s normal for a lot of lust or love workings, which is maybe why they fail so often. From here you “let it go” and let the energy go do it’s thing.
Thank you, so much for your answer ! Yes, I am going to follow your advice and try to meditate on it and see what will come. I must say that I woke up today and still felt some heavy energy into my body and in the center of my 3rd eye which is quite unusual. And yes, I do have a predisposition towards depression and mental issues, so I should be more careful from now on. Thanks again.
If i may, i would like to advise you to… hydrate your body! People still forget, especially when things get complex and emotional you get used to having a dry mouth, you don’t even notice any more. Good luck Red Room!

I will do that for sure.
But I feel so different than before, like a bit possessed having a feeling that something big will happen I guess that this is what happens when you choose to work with King Beleth, we shall see.
It’ll be easier to tell if it’s Beleth talking to you or the toxins😊!!
I don’t think there’s a Grimoire that says ‘do this that and the other, and be sure to drink lots of water’ more’s the pity😘
I felt about the same way when I first started to work with sigils. Don’t worry, you won’t get possessed or anything. Like others have said before me, you started to feel the energies. Your energy, and maybe some energy from the sigil too. However, this won’t harm you and nothing else will happen until you decide you are ready to get more into this. You don’t have to be afraid because you are in control of everything. Good luck with your future work!
Hmm yeah is all anout energy in the end I guess even though it left me feel quite anixious. Even right now I am still feeling it, but I need to control this, hopefully it will disappear.

By chance do you know of a proper way on how should I dispose the sigil and the photo as well? I heard about burning it, but at this point I do not want to make a mistake .
You said you worked with Beleth’s sigil so I’d advise to bury the photo and the sigil in the ground at a secluded place because Beleth’s element is earth. This could also improve the success since you returned the things you worked with to the element of the entity connected to it and it can make for a stronger effect.

I understand! For me personally it didn’t worked yet, even though I felt a crazy energy from it.

So it sounds like you have made a strong connection to the sigil and, by extension, King Beleth. If you are not accustomed to energy work and manipulating energy, there is a possibility that you can feel a bit jittery. It’s like having a hose connected to a fire truck. All is good… but when you turn on the water, it jumps all over the place. By activating and using the energy, over time, you will get accustomed to it. As @Mulberry mentioned, you can meditate on it. This will help a lot.

It all varies from person to person. You’ll have to experiment and find out.
