Btw sorry if my input upsets anyone. I do not dabble in necromancy, though i find the subject fascinating. I know that darker magics can be unsettling to some people and I mean no offense with any of my theories, ideas or suggestions.
That is the problem. If you want the organs to work they would need to be fresh. Which is one reason why i assume people say its taboo. Fresh working organs are hard to come by legally, and any other method involves questionable and even dangerous means to obtain said parts.

Not to mention i doubt most golems can give proper consent to bare offspring. Therefore the moral aspect of such things become even more complicated.
