I wouldn’t know about the opposite color of green but it seems like that’s the appropriate light for contacting aliens, so perhaps using the other color may send them away.

Regular cleansing and banishing is always a must, but it’s always nice to find and develop a spell or ritual that corresponds with the work you do and current you’re in. Also be sure to gain skills in sensing energy and alchemy as well as the basics of vampirism. If they are the regular kind of lower parasitic spirits, I am usually able to eat them up and “digest” or transform that energy into something less harmful or even beneficial. If not, spirits like Cerberus, Belial and Abaddon are the way to go for me.
