Key of Perfection 2/3. Chains Breaker Mantra. Remove Addictions

Key Perfection 2/3

The Second Foundational Key of Perfection is a response to the powerlessness of religions and gurus.

I, Sataanalash, created it not as a channeled message, not through a ritual, but through a direct experience in the astral realm:
a vision of the deity known as the Protector of Dharma, and a recombination of the Shurangama Mantra, based on some knowledge of Sanskrit not to recreate its known root,
but to restore the full power of the Five Great Hearts Mantra.

If man is a tool in the hands of God,
you may understand that this dharani is as an answer to the despair and cry of many souls.
Whether this is true decide for yourself.

If I were to describe its power in one word, it would be:
STAGGERING.

I tried to break its strength by amplifying libido with pharmaceutical medicines and failed.
This dharani belongs to a completely different league.
A few dozen repetitions were enough to break the destructive cycle of addiction,
but I believe it should be repeated daily,
until even the last fragment of bad karma is purified and old habits are replaced by proper ones.

I tried many mantras, but was never satisfied with the results.
I believe this one can break any addiction

in my case, it was a long-standing addiction to pornography.

Don’t ask. Act. Ascend. The tool has been given to you.

To the destination:

What’s the difference between the long mantra and the short one?

The short one is stronger and faster it’s like a hammer.
That’s why it should be used right at the beginning.
Incredibly powerful. Unmatched.

The long one offers more comprehensive protection,
but is weaker in terms of immediate effect.

THE CHAINS BREAKER MANTRA

THE GREAT DHARANI OF LIBERATION

Short Mantra:

Tadyata Om Anale Anale Viƛade Viƛade Virra Vajra Dhare Bandha Bandha Bandhani Vajrapani Phat!
Hum! Trum! Phat! Svaha!
CchedanÄ«áčƒ Akālaáčƒ-máč›tyu pari-trāáč‡a-karÄ«áčƒ.
Tadyata Om Jaya Vajra Loka Nirvāáč‡a. Phat!

Oh Indra, Wielder of the Thunderbolt —
Flash a Light, ignite a Fire, destroy obstacles.
Cause Ultimate Death to Sin and Embodiment of Evil.
Let me attain Liberation through the Power of your Vajra.
So mote it be.

Long Mantra:

Tadyata Om Anale Anale Viƛade Viƛade Virra Vajra Dhare Bandha Bandha Bandhani Vajrapani Phat!
Hum! Trum! Phat! Svaha!
Para-vidyā cchedanÄ«áčƒ Akālaáčƒ-máč›tyu pari-trāáč‡a-karÄ«áčƒ.
Tadyata Om Jaya Vajra Loka Nirvāáč‡a.
Phat! Phat! Phat!

Oh Indra, Wielder of the Thunderbolt —
Flash a Light, ignite a Fire, destroy obstacles.
Cause Ultimate Death to Sin and Embodiment of Evil.
Let me attain Liberation and Enlightenment through the Power of your Vajra.
So mote it be.

Short Mantra (the best form of pronunciation of the Sanskrit version: an example of the Polish language. The English language does not have the Ɓ, Ą, Ć in alphabet):

TADJATA Ommm Anale Anale Wiƛade Wiƛade Wirra WadĆŒra Dhare (short pause)

Bandha Bandha Bandhani! (short pause) WadĆŒrapani PHAT! HUUUMMM! TRUUUMMM! PHAT! SƁAAAHAAAA

ĆEDANIIIM AKAAALAM MRYTJU PARI-TRAAANA KARIIIM.

TADJATA OMMM! DƻAJA WADƻRA LOKA NIRWANA PHAT!

Phonetic Notes:

Since the English pronunciation modification must be made:

Pronunciation in English:

Tadyata – unchanged

Om – prolonged, strong: OMMMM

Anale – unchanged

Anale – unchanged

Viƛade – pronounced as VISHADE

Viƛade – pronounced as VISHADE

Virra – unchanged

Vajra – unchanged

Dhare – like English “how DARE you”

Bandha – unchanged

Bandha – unchanged

Bandhani – unchanged

Vajrapani – unchanged

PHAT! HUM! TRUM! PHAT! SVAHA!
These words should be spoken with such power that your bones in the ears start to vibrate.

Let PHAT! strike like a lightning bolt

Let HUM and TRUM strike like gong, extending to:
HUUUMMMMM
 TRUUUMMMMM

SVAHA – calm and extended: SVAAAHAAAAA

Longer Version – Phonetics and Emphasis:

Chedaniáčƒ pronounced as CHEDANIIM (like “cheddar”)

Akālaáčƒ as AKAAALAM (prolong the “a”)

Máč›tyu as MRYTYU (as in the Trayambakam Mantra)

Pari-trāáč‡a-karÄ«áčƒ as PARI-TRAAANA-KARIIIM
(with elongated vowels: ī and ā )

Tadyata OM Jaya Vajra Loka Nirvāáč‡a PHAT!
To: TADYATA OMMM JAYA VAJRA LOKA NIRVANA PHAT!

Note: The only intentional deviation is with NIRVANA, which is not prolonged — not nirvaaaana.

Procrastination

It is a state in which a person does not do what they should, even though it is in their best interest.
In my opinion, the reasons are as follows: lack of directed energy, weak body and addictions, lack of vision for oneself, lack of purification.

“It’s not about being detached — it’s about being attached to the right things.”
— King Paimon

Why should you act differently and let go of what you love, even though addiction brings you pain?
Because you don’t have to be a shadow of yourself. Because you can be happy.
Because accumulated karma manifests even after death. How exactly? I won’t say.

Instead of hating yourself, you look in the mirror in the morning and you will say:
“You look good.”

Your self-esteem will rise.
Instead of cursing yourself for wasting time again — you’ll gain a strong, powerful body you can be proud of.
After the gym, instead of feeling weak, you’ll feel great.

Day by day, you will grow in joy and strength.
Your life will become easier.
Martial arts will make you stop feeling like a victim. You’ll stop fearing people.
Your body will be filled with energy, and your mind will become sharper.
Books you once avoided, and other “boring” tasks, will begin to pull you in.
Your income will rise.

I’m not saying that if you don’t even know what to do with your life, you’ll achieve a miraculous transformation in a week - regarding finances, health, or relationships.
But I know one thing for sure: things will only get better.

Even the greatest dharani might not be so 100% powerful if a person doesn’t act wisely.
Once you purge yourself of this filth — you’ll be left with SPACE for good things.

Don’t pollute yourself.
Don’t watch vile things.
Don’t take what you shouldn’t.
You must go beyond mere belief that these things are wrong.
You must have it carved in your heart in bold letters:
HATRED. DISGUST. CONTEMPT – TO ADDICTIONS AND THEIR SOURCES.

Don’t be like those people who want to have their cake and eat it too:
“Maybe just one drink? A cigarette? Some drugs? A bit of porn won’t hurt me
”
No! There are no half-measures here.

There are only two paths: the path to grow, happiness, and the path to nowhere.
Most people want to walk the middle road but there is no middle.
That’s why they end up going nowhere, disappointed they didn’t receive what they expected from life.

If you’ve polluted your mind intentionally — I suggest you return to the First Key of Perfection for cleansing, and only then return to the Second .

this is a basic ancient principle of yoga, the prohibition of intoxication

Examples of Proper Exercises and Activities

At the very beginning, immerse yourself like a good swimmer in cold water you don’t need to dive straight into the deep.
Get your body and mind used to it. But don’t coddle yourself.

If you can do it right away - congratulations.
If not, you’ll have to take it step by step.

Start with simple calisthenics:
50 push-ups a day. You can break it into sets of 10, 5, or even just one or half at a time.
You can increase the volume and frequency as you wish.

Push-ups develop the back muscles nicely (a little-known fact)
and increase the endurance and strength of your arms.
Use various push-up variations.

Run. It costs nothing and quickly activates anabolic processes,
because running engages the entire body.

Don’t care what others think.
The weak have alcohol and cigarettes — but you can be proud of yourself.

Do any form of physical activity.
Even simple yoga, like the 5 Tibetan Rites, provides many benefits.

But the best options:

Sign up for a gym because it holds “prayed-in energy” through pain and weights.
It’s a good place to train, offering the right mindset through its atmosphere and energy.

Sign up for karate (or another discipline).
Once you step onto the mat, there’s no turning back.
You’ll be forced to truly work on your fitness but that’s also the greatest pleasure.
It removes feelings of loneliness, raises happiness hormones,
and develops your body in a well-rounded way.

Spending one and a half day’s wage on a gym and karate pass
believe me, it’s a small price, and the benefits are huge.

You may feel too tired after work to go to the gym or martial arts class
but once you’re in and start moving,
your body will activate hidden energy reserves and energetic mechanisms.

Books
Read the ones that genuinely interest you. It doesn’t matter which except for erotica. Don’t worry about whether others are “more valuable.” If you can’t force yourself, just read what pulls you in.

Personally, I find reading on a dedicated e-book reader most enjoyable. It doesn’t strain the eyes, doesn’t drain the battery and it’s on my e-reader that I’ve read the most books.

The reward system is a system that is linked to a system in the human brain. The more it is burdened, the more protective systems limit the number of available dopamine receptors. This makes depression and ahedonia easy to develop. It couldn’t be otherwise.

There are many good books on the subject.

The modern artificial lifestyle is harmful to people.

Other helpful things — not required but it may be helpful information here for pornography addiction

People are hardworking on one hand, lazy on the other. Use that.

Create multiple layers of protection:

  1. Remove all other browsers and keep only one with a built-in porn filter enabled.
Example: the browser with the Lion logo.

  2. Block the websites you most often visit directly from your router settings.

  3. Install blocker extensions in your browser as another layer to make the filter more effective.
As you can see, in this case, the user would need to disable at least 3 layers of protection,
which increases the time between a short impulse and making the right decision a time to rethink everything.

  4. Remove the Wi-Fi password from your phone.

  5. Turn off the router at night.Keep your phone far from your bed so you don’t have easy access.

  6. As a music player for the night - replace your phone with a basic MP3 player.

7.Sort everything out in your head. Why would addiction be beneficial now when you’ve been suffering for years? Isn’t that absurd? Don’t give in to them.

Let’s face it. Pornography is free, but is anything in life free? It isn’t.

Are alcohol and cigarette manufacturers doing this for your happiness?

I have nothing more to say. The tool has been given to you. The decision is yours.

Dissolving Procrastination and a Brief Explanation of Using the Five Great Hearts Mantra

I looked at my laboratory test results and realized that I have a low testosterone level. I thought this was a perfect opportunity to explore the mechanics behind mantras.

Mantras do not work according to the law of belief. They are a technology not of this world a technology transmitted by beings from another dimension.

They work because this is science. It is an enormous force striking the body, which must produce an effect if one knows how to use it. It is impossible for it not to work.

But to the point. At present, I have a lowered testosterone level. If it were corrected through medicine, I would lose a wonderful opportunity to learn.

I felt some fear and procrastination. Although my situation has improved, I feel confused, and my mind cannot find proper focus. Tired and sad, I looked at the floor and thought that I actually don’t feel like doing anything and cannot motivate myself during the time I could use for various opportunities that would allow me to rise.

I listened to the Five Great Hearts mantra, and immediately it was as if light illuminated my mind, combined with anger over lost opportunities. I did what I should have done a long time ago.

This is an effect well known to me, and I have experienced it dozens of times. However, the knowledge needs to be organized.

In the past, there was a time when I had an important task to complete - one that significantly improved my financial situation and only the Five Great Hearts mantra played in the background allowed me to break through procrastination caused by great fear.

I assumed that this effect was caused by hormonal stimulation and changes in the brain. Such changes certainly occur, but they are smaller than I assumed almost minimal.

The power of mantras reaches where neither medication nor the scalpel can reach, influencing bodies that lie beyond the scope of Western science.

We will never understand the power of yoga if we rely on outdated models of Western medicine. What modern medicine cannot do, another kind of science can.

Example of Use

If you have something to do, studying, reading or whatever use the Five Great Hearts mantra by playing it in the background through headphones or speakers. It does not matter how great the fear you feel before doing something: it will allow you to break through this state and you will do what you have to do.

The problem of poverty is that people can motivate themselves only with a whip on their backs, for example at work. Outside of work and during free time, such as holidays, they begin to vegetate.
The Five Great Hearts mantra is a form of a whip of light that forces the cultivator’s mind into action. When you turn it off, your trainer moves away. That is why it should remain in the background.

This is particularly useful when you experience “cotton wool in the head,” as in ADHD and ADD, combined with sexual arousal or procrastination combined with fear.

A cultivator should understand what the mental skandhas are and be able to distinguish them, for example:

I am currently experiencing laziness,

I am currently experiencing sexual arousal,

I am currently experiencing a lack of motivation combined with anxiety.

With an understanding of mental states, it becomes much easier to control the mind using appropriate tools.

An excellent idea is to listen to the full Úëraáč…gama Mantra while running. This will make the effort feel less boring and the training more consistent. The possibilities of using mantras are unlimited.

Regardless of how many Dharma masters have appeared in the past, even certain basic things have not been explained and never will be fully explained. The possibilities are unlimited and depend solely on creativity and the chosen strategy.

If you experience fear and procrastination before studying,
play the Five Great Hearts mantra. Guaranteed that with minimal effort do your works.

@Theoricus

Thank you. It’s for me a matter of great importance.
There have been many teachers teaching dogma, but almost no one has addressed functionality. Sure, there are many great books, but they’re a drop in the ocean that doesn’t quite capture the whole picture.

I know it works, but I’d be very happy if someone in the future wrote “it works” or “how to do it?”

I would like to add that a cultivator must learn to recognize the mind’s skandhas and use the appropriate tools. Even blindly.

Sometimes a shortened version of the 5 Great Hearts is better when the cultivator feels great fear.
Sometimes the full Surangama mantra is better in term of procrastination.
Sometimes it’s better to alternate between 20-40 minutes of listening to the 5 Great Hearts mantras and then the entire full version when the mind is calm.

When I don’t feel like doing anything in the morning, I like to listen to the full version to clear my mind and get motivated.

To achieve proper focus and positive energy, it’s best to remove addictions, which is why I included the chain-breaking mantra and the key of perfection. But don’t get discouraged and do everything in a strictly defined order. There’s no compulsion, which is why it’s important.

Each line of the Surangama mantra contains an esoteric meaning that wouldn’t take me a lifetime to learn and explore its functions.

I feel confused. It’s not that difficult. But if I were to explain something, I’d have to break this rock into hundreds of pieces. Now I understand why all religions speak of faith. The more explanations, the more doubts arise in people’s minds, the more difficult it seems.

Well, I do feel calmer after defiantly reading it aloud, as Thelema and GD students read the Bornless Ritual aloud.

In fact, I have bookmarked it, and will write the mantra in my notebook (physically).

There was a small mistake, but even a small change can change or weaken the effect of the mantra.

there were words that should have appeared: HUM! TRUM! PHAT! SVAHA!. and word PHAT! in the end verse.

I made a mistake when copying, anyway the first (opening) post is written correctly and a trained eye would notice it, but people are taught to scroll and that is a problem.

If possible, I would ask the moderator to edit it, if not, leave it as it is.

I just want to replace the wrong part, the rest is fine

corrected version of the post
