I came back from dinner, sat down at the computer — I saw no response, neither negative nor positive — and that’s when I had an epiphany.
What’s obvious to me might be difficult to understand for someone else who’s discouraged. So I decided to add a sample usage schedule.
People are simple — they want quick solutions. They want money but don’t want to change themselves. They don’t understand that even with pacts and the full power of hell or heaven, little benefit comes if the vessel has not been prepared. Most things you still have to do with your own will and body.
Imagine that angels and Kings of Demons are a GPS — but you are the driver, in synergy with the car.
You can move small things, even important ones, but you won’t change your destiny with magic alone.
Want a better life? Become a better person.
That’s why prayers don’t come true.
This is knowledge. Simple, misunderstood knowledge, forged through despair and experience.
You have to go through hell to enter heaven.
At least I had to — and I don’t want others to have to.
Schedule Diagram:
Morning:
– 15 minutes listening to the Trayambakam Mantra
– 20 minutes listening to the short mantra from the Surangama Dharani
– 5 minutes – Falun Standing Stance
The rest of the time: for getting dressed, drinking coffee, showering, and breakfast.
On the way to work or during a break:
– Repeat Mulutuul Natiil mantra in mind.
After coming home from work:
– 1 hour listening to Zhuan Falun
you can download this book for free from official site.
Before going to sleep:
– Listen full Surangama Dharani — I personally like the beautiful Vietnamese version (~20 minutes)
– Or play it throughout the night from a wireless speaker
Notes:
To listen to books, use a text-to-speech app.
Example of a free one: @Voice for Android.
Try to download the materials I’ve provided so that they are available to you offline — on your phone or another device.
Trayambakam mantra is not only a healing mantra but also alleviates karma. It doesn’t change fate, but makes life more bearable. This is one of the reasons why I put it there.
It is called the “death-conquering mantra.” Why? Because death is decomposition.
Depression seems to be the slow death of both spirit and body.
Read my journal to understand the Surangama mantra.
It would be great if you pushed yourself to do sport exercises.
But I understand that for some people, even getting out of bed and going anywhere can feel like a torment.
That’s why I’m not requiring it for now.
The methods given above should work at very speed on their own.
