I think this is something in magical practice that people don’t think about. What kind of god do you want to be? I mean yes you might want, power, money, get someone to love you. But when you find yourself at a higher spiritual level these things won’t matter. You will start to be less interested in what regular humans want.
For example I was working with Paimon (You can see that here)aon finding me a new job because mine was ending and I was anxious about it. But then he delivered a new and better job into my hands and I felt inhumanly calm. And my coworkers are talking about how jealous they are of other people finding jobs and being negative and I just felt so far away like they were tiny ants.
So I feel that is personally helping those that want to be helped.
