I’ve been looking into this for quite some time now and trying to figure out what it may mean.
A while ago i made a petition although i’m not sure if then i knew it was a petition seeing as now i have more knowledge but in any case,
i drew dantalion’s sigil at the very top in black sharpie, and under i wrote my petition in green pen as i heard that was a colour he liked.
I wrote the petition after meditating on the sigil.
i left it beside a flower that was pink and white, some teabags and rose water.
I guess my cats knocked over the rose water right onto dantalions sigil, the next morning when i realized what had happened i was shook to the core because i thought i had messed up dearly and that was a sign of the petition basically being washed away, however after i opened the petition what i saw was, Dantalions entire sigil was untouched. No bleeding, nothing. However what i had wrote was gone.
only the ink was left, but not where the
letters were it was smudged all over the page.
i will insert a photo of the sigil / petition.
what do you guys think this could mean, i never got an answer. However i have an incline to keep this sigil closely to me… i don’t feel any maliciousness about my petition being washed away. but i am new to things such as these and wonder if i could be completely wrong, what do you guys think? thanks!
i forgot to mention, my writing is still there. my pen kind of imprinted on the paper so i can still see what i wrote.
Generally they understand mistakes so I dont think it’s a huge deal, certainly not enough to ruin any workings with Dantalion. I did a ritual to Lilith about 2 months ago and at the end accidentally knocked candle wax on her sigle. At the time I’ll admit my stomach dropped like an “oh shit” moment and I apologized explaining it was an accident but she’s still been there for me since like she was from the first time I called her.
