So in 2018 I had a kundalini activation it was through meditation. It was a real shock to my system and has been a struggle ever since. I gave up meditation and have only done it a handful of times since. I know that since then over the past 4 and a half years my kundalini has risen to the heart chakra but no further. I really want to finish off the process and get it to breach the crown. Does anyone know anything I could do to speed up the process and help it through the last few chakras?
Everything Iāve heard, Iād that when people ask this the teachers tell them it will take longer not shorter the more you try to speed it up. It canāt be forced.
Fasting for 2-3 days at a time will help. I suggest twice to 3 times a month doing that. If you need something to fill your stomach while fasting only ingest lemon, lime, or orange juice. Or green tea, thatāll help curve hunger. Possibly beef broth too? But not sure. Lastly if you do energy work where you try to manipulate chi to the best of your ability from the base of your spine to the crown, or from your feet like āwavesā to your head thatāll help.
Lastly for me atleast, I notice chi is more tangle by 5-20 times while astral travelling so you can charge the living shit out of the base of your spine to your head when doing that⦠That is IF you feel chi more tangibly while astral travelling though.
Oh, donāt take fruit juice while fasting, it breaks the fast by definition making you crave food by spiking your insulin and creating grehlin (fructose is horrible for this), also it will give you the squits. Apple cider vinegar is ok and good for th liver if you need to eat something eat fat, no carbs, youāre already in ketosis, and that will not interfere with autophagy, but it will create a small rise in insulin but be fairly satiating all the same.
Do take electrolytes (salt water), if you feel weak or your blood pressure gets low. Robert Bruce recommends 3 days in his kundalini course.
But yes Iām assuming youāre doing everything right already in eating clean so youāre not adding to energy blocks at the same time as trying to clear them, then meditating longer wonāt speed it up. But then you donāt know how long itās going to take anyway.

It will limit the destruction of muscles and even burn more fat
Everybody is different and thereās no one size fits all, so I would advise doing a lot of research to understand the mechanisms and then slowly training your body to become āfat adaptedā. If you are used to eating cars all the time, it will cause a lot of counterproductive stress to just stop eating for an extended period right away.
For example extend your fasting window so that instead of breaking the overnight fast first thing in the morning, eat at midmorning, or lunch. Become aware of how your body feels when you eat carbs. Even this will start to have health and longevity effects.
You can also try the practice of Bu Gi: avoiding grains in Taoism, or a āketogenicā diet.
A really good source of information is the youtuber Siim Land, also Dr Sinclair, and the interviews and TED talks etc of Dr Jason Fung.
Perhaps body awareness techniques on those chakras (but also their bija mantras etc.) and there are the books by Sivananda and Satyananda, the latest with exercises for each chakra.
For muscle growth (if you workout) = carbs (60%) + protein (30%) + fats (10%) (>2500 calories/day)
For fat loss = fats (60%) + protein (30%) + carbs (<10% - mostly watery vegetables) (<2000 calories/day)
For overall growth / bulk = carbs (40%) + protein (30%) + fats (30%) (>3000 calories/day)
Get your macronutrient sources from one ingredient foods (rice, potatoes, pasta, oats, lean meats, eggs, avocado, olive oil, greens, protein shakes) and avoid the processed ones that have a long list of ingredients. Avoid table sugar, alcohol, cheap refined oils (canola, sunflower, palm).

So if I do a Ketogenic diet for 3 days it will limit the damage, instead of fasting with just some glass of water for 3 days like some hindu people
Actually, meditation will help. Itās the traditional way of raising the kundalini. Meditate with your awareness on the energy, and allow it to move as it will. It sounds to me like it is encountering resistance, so you have to be careful, because if you try to force the power, it can burn right through and actually cause permanent injury, or even kill you. Many sages, such as Krishnamurti, have described their kundalini almost killing them, and Glen Morris, the author of the book Path Notes of An American Ninja Master, talks about suffering a debilitating neurological short circuit when his kundalini rose up and slammed into his Zāeal chakra like a freight chain.
Iāve done keto before and my kundalini hated it I think because itās fueled by carbs. I try to keep my diet good but I do still have sugar sometimes.
I stopped when I first had my activation it feels like itās residing in the heart and also ive been told by a guru it is in my upper heart region that was a year ago. I donāt necessarily think itās moved much since even though Iāve done so much spiritual work since then. I know Iāve almost killed myself mixing it with drugs literally burning and dehydrating me alive. Seems to be stuck around the heart/throat area. The weird thing about it is Iāve had a chakra removal/unification so why would they still block up?I guess the 3 knots remain the same.
Iāve been doing heavy energy work & I got a kundalini spike in my anus and it took about almost a week for the pain to clear.
And thatās cuz I was a being careful and listening to instruction from my higher self and entityās.
For this there is no fast way except determination and perseverance & maybe some fasting. There are so hardcore fast out there you can do⦠But most people would vomit and during water & sea salt and etc⦠It aināt for the feint of heart.
Of everything Iāve read and heard, the only thing Iād honestly recommend on this subject is the book āKundalini Exposedā by SantataGamana. If you follow the routines in this book, and if everything goes smoothly without any setbacks, it takes 9 months to raise the Kundalini to sahasrara.
And yes, meditation is essential. Dietary changes - such as vegetarianism - are not essential, but at a certain stage your body may reject some foods, eg. meat.
Thankyou Iāll grab a copy. The best book that I have read to date is the kundalini compendium but it does not show you how to finish the process. I have already had to change alot in my diet meat is one of the only things I can still eat most fruits and vegetables are a no because I canāt really afford organic and my kundalini reacts really badly to gmo foods. Plus gluten dairy eggs and sugar. Itās already at my heart chakra/throat but I need to finish it off.
Watching this topic I am perplexed About 7 years ago I did my first ever magic ritual at midnight in the back garden when half way through the ritual a massive amount of energy shot up my spine like a couple of anacondas straight into my skull where for about five minutes i could only just stand up I couldnāt speak to finish the ritual during that time and I genuinely thought I was having a stroke ā¦except for the fact it felt terrific, after it passed i was able to finish but had no clue as to what had happened

It then has to be brought down through Amrita Nadi to Hridaya, the spiritual heart - which is not the heart chakra.
