I used stolas from the book Demons of magick by Gordon Winterfel . I used him to help bring something I needed to a project I wanted to be successful . It worked, but the morning my results came , minutes before I woke up I had a dream of him speaking to me saying: “you are mine forever”…
Wtf does that mean ? I don’t want him latched to me or taking me … I’ve been bothered by this for a long time. How do I get this off of me . What is going to happen when I pass away in due time and he is there to “collect me” …I’m very bothered by it and am under the impression I’m doing to need life long protection on me so that the only thing that comes for me when I pass away are the exact people who are supposed to come , loved ones, ancestors, etc , not a freakin demon I asked for help with Instagram when I was young ! What type of person should I seek out to clear this up for me? What type of spiritual advisor ? what would their skill sets and education be ??
It’s just a dream. I would pay it no heed. The system of Demons of Magick has built in protections so you’re fine.
If you’re really worried though, I’d talk to your guardian angel or spiritual guides. If you signed no contract or agreement then no spirit has a claim over you.
I’d interpret this as a “worry dream”. The subconscious tends to mull things over and play with ideas, it doesn’t have to mean anything.

Demons, like humans, are capable of both good and evil and neutral actions. Stolas is a demon I’ve worked with a little and I’ve found him to be good in nature. In order to make any pacts with a demon that would last beyond your current mortal life, consent and conscious choice would be be part of it. If you did not consciously, actively make an agreement, he has no claim over you.
It sounds to me like you had a stress dream because you worked with a darker power and you’re imagining all the ways it could go wrong. It’s just a dream, not all dreams mean what they appear on the surface. For example, the other day I dreamed I was at a waterpark under a bridge in a city near where I grew up that burned your hands with liquid nitrogen when you passed under one of the waterslides. This obviously doesn’t mean I’m going to get burned with ice at a waterpark in my old city. Maybe it means that I feel like every time I go back, I’m playing with fire because I feel like I have to pretend to be someone else, and yet I feel like I’m on a slide unable to escape because there is no way to get out of the slide. Or… maybe it just means I saw a video about waterslides and it’s still in my brain.
If you want to know what this dream means to Stolas, evoke him and ask if this was a message from him and if so, what does it explicitly mean. Or use some other divination tools such as tarot or a pendulum if you’re better with tools than you are with hearing the voice of a spirit.
You cannot accidentally “sell your immortal soul”… in my experience, entities don’t even want your soul, they want your current time and attention.
