I would say, no, because an erection does NOT always indicate sexual interest. As every man knows, an erection can happen anywhere, and at any time, regardless of what one is focused on. It is simply the body’s way of “checking the plumbing” so to speak, though this system check tends to diminish as a man gets older.
A man CAN bring his erections under conscious control though, with proper training. Mantak Chia talks about the technique in one of his books, and says he personally uses it to only allow erections when he wants to make love with his wife. However, his reasoning for it is more religious in nature and has to do with preventing “impure thoughts” than anything else, but as explained above, dirty thoughts are not necessary for an erection to take place in a healthy male so it kind of smacks of puritanism to me.
My advice would be to use a manipulation spell to change his thoughts. There is also a demon in the Goetia who specialises in preventing lovers from straying, though I cannot remember the name off the top of my head.

If you mess with your husbands erections, it will make him unsure of himself. He will get depressed and will hurt his confidence. It will seriously damage your relationship with him in the long run. Try a different approach.

Male erection is involuntary. I don’t choose when my phallus erects. It does so on its own when I find something arousing, even when I don’t want it to.

I dealt with a cheating ex by casting a spell rendering him unable to perform with anyone else.
I’m told it worked VERY well.
I didn’t try to make him completely incapable of an erection (honestly, that didn’t occur to me…I only cared about the cheating). I don’t know if they happened at other times, I just know he couldn’t, and didn’t, screw around anymore.
So…not sure about messing with someone else’s biology to that extent, but it’s definitely possible to use magick to prevent further cheating.

Your goal is to stop him from cheating, then better focus on that. Create a servitor to watch him 24/7. When he gets thoughts of cheating, give him nightmares and panic attacks. When he takes action, even a small step, he gets punished by sickness, life threatening accidents, financial loss etc Whatever you want. When he changes his mind, reward him with something.
Such behavior means he’s following his primitive instincts.That part of the mind learns by punishment and rewards, and it’s disciplined by repetition. Allow the servitor to treat him like an animal who needs training to understand and act as it should… and you’ll see good results.
This is more flexible than a spell, in my opinion. But just like a spell, you would need to feed the servitor with your intention and energy from time to time.

Its not seldom that sometimes a relationship ends up in a sexless relationship. In lesbian relationship its called " Lesbian Bed Death".
